Gill Sans MiniBook
The concept of this MiniBook project was to describe the brief history of the Gill Sans font to the viewer. It is a typographical expression using Gill Sans typeface, and letters are manipulated to create images and designs throughout the book. The goal was to give the user a unique experience, encouraging them to appreciate and learn about the Gill Sans typeface.
For this project I used Adobe Illustrator and designed all of the shapes using letters in Gill Sans font. I created custom letter patterns and used the patterns to form the shapes. From front to back the minibook is 16 pages.
